Hello Riders:
Welcome to Aloha Dreaming Massage… Yes it is as good as it sounds.
In my years of massaging I have had a lot of cyclists come to me for pain relief and relaxation. It is always fun to meet people who have a sense of adventure and love to ride. Whether they are pros or amateurs, they always appreciate a bit of relief from sore or over-worked muscles. When an athlete or cyclist comes to me, I tune into problem areas, what they are looking for and where they are headed next. The pressure depends on what is happening in their body and how soon, far and hard they wish to push themselves on their next ride.
The beauty of the type of massage that I do, is that it gradually releases muscle tension and improves circulation. Improving circulation to the muscles promotes healing and facilitates quicker recovery times. I also incorporate stretches that help prevent injury and increase mobility. The longer rhythmic movements of this massage, helps to relax muscles while relieving the knots. It’s kind of like peeling an onion. As I focus on working a muscle where I find tension, it will automatically contract. Instead of pushing through it, I gently apply pressure, and then leave it to recover for a moment while I focus on another area of the body. When I come back to that spot and work it again, the muscle has had time to calm down a bit, making it easier for it to release and lengthen. This method is less abrupt and allows the body time to recover from deeper work more quickly.

I will consider coming to you if there is a group of riders and you have a space to set up a table. I will need advanced notice for this. The further ahead you schedule, the more likely I will be able to work with your group. Compensation for travel and a minimum charge is required. Please call for more details.
I hope to see you soon,
