This whole-body massage is given in a fluid, sometimes deep rhythmic motion depending on the client’s pressure preference using the forearms as well as the hands. It can be as relaxing or as firm as you request. Some people have described this as feeling like waves moving over the body. Another feature is that different parts of the body may be massaged at the same time. For example, one arm or hand may be working on the shoulder. Meanwhile, the other hand may be working on the leg. This helps the recipients relax completely. The brain finds it impossible, or at least extremely difficult, to focus on the two different areas at once.
